Bol décoratif en céramique Tanis

Bowl arrived damaged with a 3-4 inch area where the paint/polish was worn off. Also lots of dings all over the bowl. Given it's on backorder for the next 4 months, they can't replace it. Customer service was not helpful. First, they told me all they could do was give me a 25% discount for my defective bowl. Then, they made me wait while they "spoke with their manager" to tell me they made a special exception just for me and would issue a full refund once the item was returned to their warehouse. That wasn't an option until I pushed for it, and then after all the back and forth, they said they always offer a 100% refund on damaged items. Frustrating experience all around.

Just got it yesterday and it goes well with the new furniture I just got. Happy with the purchase

I love this! The only thing that could make it better is if it had a soft, felt like padding.
