Beautiful I wish it was brighter at dark, though. In the dark I can’t see the clock hands, to see what time it is.

This is a great clock not just for the easy to read numbers but the fact it lights up at night without being a disruptive shiny light makes it great for locations that need just a hint of light.

Illumination is lovely and soft, but the numbers and clock hands do not shine through to be able to tell the time at night

I bought this clock because of the "night light" feature, but was concerned it might not be "as advertised." Happy to say, the light feature works great for me. I have it in the bathroom for those middle-of-the-night trips, and it provides just enough light so that I can see without turning the bathroom light on. It provides a soft, full illumination of the clock face, so I can read the time, without being so bright that my eyes have to adjust when I walk out into the dark hall. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the clock is a little noisy. The continuous sweep hand is nice, but it is not silent.
