It’s a really thick fabric. And worked well to cover a pretty long rectangular electric box. I do think it’s slightly on the heavier side. It was more than 7 lbs

The wall hanging is beautifully made and colors were accurately represented. It was very long though for the area I had planned to hang it, and it was too enticing for my cats so I had to return. Check the measurements before ordering.
