Just got this item delivered from Wayfair. When I opened the box, the frame was in about 10 pieces. They looked like someone had intentionally token the frame. I immediately contacted Wayfair customer service and requested a refund. This was an open box item and I really never expected to get broken frames in the box. When I looked at the frames, they could not be put together as they, as I said before, looked intentionally broken. Im not sure why Wayfair would send this to a customer and if it was ever inspected before being sent. Caution when buying open box items from Wayfair. I will not do that again.

This two-picture frame set looks great on my wall. They are a great addition to my decor.
