Good quality, nice finish, shipped promptly and was very well packed.

The finish on this bowl arrived defective. Rather than go through the hassle of returning it for a replacement (risking the same bad finish issue), I bought a Gold leafing pen to try to hide the white spots marring the brass finish. I have not yet attempted to fix it, so I don't know if the pen is going to work. If not, then I've wasted my money on this piece. Perigold and Joss & Main used to allow customers to keep the defective item and not be bothered with returning it, but now customers are apparently required to return the defective item, which I find an annoying hassle. I was disappointed that the bowl delivered to me was defective. Poor quality control. I was trying to save money on a cheaper decorative bowl, but it would have been better to buy the more expensive bowl from RH and save myself the hassle of dealing with the poor quality of this item. Lesson learned. .... To be fair, IF the bowl had arrived without defect, it would have been a perfectly nice-looking bowl for my purposes.

Not like the pictures online. The dish I received looked as if it had caked mud on it.

This piece is gorgeous. Seems very well made and artesian. Well worth the price and the wait!
