Ensemble de chandelles en verre 3 pièces (Ensemble de 3)

The three candle holders arrived broken: they smashed together during transportation. They were also a lot larger than I thought, a bit too bulky to my taste. It is a pity because the box was really carefully packed inside a larger box and looked okay from the outside (although a bit used) but inside, there was absolutely NO protection between the 3 glass items that smashed against eachother during transportation. Although the box was very carefully protected inside a larger box (thank you for the care) there was absolutely NO protection inside the box containing the 3 candleholders. They were set together with no protection between each item, so obviously they banged together and broke during transportation. I was immediatly completely refunded by Wayfair, with no hassle, no questions, which is a relief. I now know that Wayfair is a trustworthy company and I remain a happy customer.
