Hello, The diffuser does not function properly. It turns on for a few seconds and then shuts off, and it never starts diffusing any scent even after waiting several minutes. I followed the instructions and tried both manual operation and the mobile app, but the device still does not work. Because of this, the product is unusable. I purchased it expecting a stronger diffuser than the one I currently own, but unfortunately it does not perform at all. I would like to return it because it appears to be defective.

This diffuser is not working as expected, I have to keep using the app to get any scent to come out and even then it barely diffuses any scent. Not worth the money I spent!

Simply amazing… it’s keeps the house smelling so good… everyone enters the house always date it smells so good..
