The actual sculpture is beautiful. My 2-star rating pertains to the issue I had with the order. I ordered it as an open-box item, and when I received the porcelain sculpture, it was in a box in a bubble-wrap "bag" and NO styrofoam packing to protect it. Thus it was in multiple pieces and separated from the base. When I called to report it, as usual, the Wayfair rep was very helpful in processing a refund because she said the item was out of stock. Upon my checking, she was correct.....the sculpture was no longer available in the open-box category, but they were available at regular price (which was only $8 more than I paid). If I had checked while she was on the phone, I would have been happy to pay the additional charge, but it wasn't offered. My biggest concern is I uploaded a picture of the broken sculpture and sent it to Wayfair, and the rep still asked me to ship the broken item back. It's a waste of my time to take the broken item to a Fedex location to ship back to Wayfair. Please consider this practice for such future situations with your customers. Thanks!
