I wouldn't recommend ... awfully dark even when the candle is turned on. Love the color but just too dark.

I purchased two of these candles thinking they would go with my fall decor. Although they looked nice in my fall table centerpiece they barely lit up when turned on. Then one fell on the floor when packing up after the season ended and shattered. They are not made well and would not purchase again.
