Looks good, love it, can’t wait to keep stuff on it. Its a bit heavy so need 2 people to put it on wall.

Im heartbroken as I have to write a review of this item which is a beautiful piece of furniture however because of the incomplete and confusing assembly information renders this item as difficult to assemble. I was told in the item description it would take two people to assemble. In reality it took three people not two. The instructions were either vague or not at all accurate. The paperwork I received with the item is shown in picture one which only gives you the visual guide on how it should be hung. The online instructions shows the matching of tools to assembly items such as screws etc … photo two. However no instructions for putting the screws them where they go on the pegboard or mirror. Also part of the instructions tell you to remove the mirror before assembly however you cannot remove the mirror …. no way. Subsequently I gave up and so did the two other people who were there to help me. These other people where neighbors and one was a retired furniture maker who also repaired and assembled many furniture items during his life. It is a beautiful piece which I cannot use

First off this item is super super heavy! So keep that in mind for hanging. I was missing pegs but Wayfair as always was very helpful with assisting me with a replacement. It doesn’t take long to assembly the pegs and shelves to your liking! But you will need help with mounting it as I said before it is very heavy. I’ll be using it to hang some of my son’s hats. And display some toys!

This mirror was received severely damaged. Not only were there chips in the wood, the mirror itself was so scratched, it looked like it was fogged. You can not even see your reflection very well. Can not be used. We are not installing and will be contacting customer services for a return. I just hope they say to throw it away as we dont even want to waste our time trying to box it up and driving a far distance to ship it back!

This piece is made of high-quality wood, glass, and hardware. It’s quite heavy and requires two people to hang it on the wall. One person needs to hold it up while the other secures it to the wall. The panels slide smoothly and quietly, and it looks lovely whether it’s open or closed. The shelves are adjustable, but you have to do it when the unit is off the wall. Overall, it’s a unique and high-quality item.
