It's a nice tray, the color isn't really gold. It's more bronze-y, but still a nice finish. That said, the specs say 17" W x 17" D x 2" H. Including the handles, it's close-enough to 17", but the tray is shy of 16". I wanted it to cover more of the surface of the ottoman, which is about 18.5", so the dimensions were important. If this was represented correctly, I would not have ordered it. However, I'll keep it because it's "good enough" and because this is the 3rd order I've gotten from Wayfair over the last week (all different items) and the other 2 had issues. One I returned. The other, I'm still dealing with.

I love it! I wasn’t sure if it would look cheap and not match other aged brass accents I have in the room. But it looks great and really ties everything together.
