I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I purchased a curtain for nearly $500, expecting a quality product that matched the description. What I received was entirely different — the colour and finish did not match the photos or specifications at all. To make matters worse, there was no option for refund or exchange, leaving me with an expensive mistake that now feels like a complete waste of money. For a purchase of this price point, one would expect both accuracy and accountability. Instead, I’m left with a product I cannot use and a company unwilling to stand behind what it sells. At this level, the lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. Buyer beware: if what you receive doesn’t match what you ordered, you’ll be out hundreds of dollars with nothing to show for it but frustration.
