Warranted against DOA. If a package appears to be damaged, we suggest that the customer refuses it, if possible. If accepted, the customer should contact the store where purchase was made detailing the matter and a procedure to send a replacement item, free of charge, will be initiated.  All our products are manufactured to order, so once an order is placed we do not offer any type of refund or return, except for the above discussed condition.
