When the cushion arrived, there was a large stain on the back of the cushion, which went all the way through the cover and onto the pillow. Customer service was great and promptly sending out a replacement item. I had contacted customer service immediately upon opening the freshly delivered package And did not notice the smell at that time. Not only was there the stain on the cushion, the feather down pillow smelled like something was dead and rotting inside of it.
