This is a beautiful clock! My husband loves it for our 5th wedding anniversary gift

It’s very pretty, well packed for shipping. Easy to assemble but the issue is the chime. They don’t disclose that there is a sound effect that plays along with the “cuckoo” of running water, perhaps to mimic a creek effect. Whatever the intent was, it horribly missed the mark. The “cuckoo” is not authentic sounding, sounds like an owl to me and has an echo, so one chime has two “cuckoo’s”. All in all - we’re going to keep it because I’m sure the return would be nothing but a hassle. It’s not a super dealbreaker, just a disappointment.

This cuckoo clock is beautifully made and reasonably priced.
