For the price, we were disappointed with the workmanship. The color of the wood is as shown, a very pale blah color. It looks more like a carved out canoe than a typical decorative tray. Did I mention that it is bigger looking on one’s own table than in the picture? I purchased it as a housewarming gift for my friend, and she said it was too big. Don’t know what to do with it…considering sending it back as it’s not what I anticipated. My fault for not paying attention to the dimensions.
