Papier peint Heirloom Rose

I ordered grey and white heirloom rose wallpaper - color neutral. Not only did I receive the wrong color wallpaper once, but twice. The second time I ordered it was through the chat line and they still got it wrong. As you can see from the pictures it is red, not neutral. To say I’m not happy is an understatement. I’ve always had great success with Wayfair orders, which has been a lot of orders. This does not make me happy as I’m waiting to finish my decorating. It’s been about two weeks since I placed the second order till I received it, so probably also took about two weeks for the first order to arrive. Approximately 3 12 to 4 weeks, now if I decide to reorder it going to be another two weeks or so. OK. Finished my rant, just redoing the whole house and this is very frustrating.

Description is correct!! Paper arrives as yellow.

Wallpaper is so beautiful and will look fantastic in my powder room. Perfect addition to my modern farmhouse.
