Serre-livres Pursuit (Ensemble de 2)

Order #4621424059: Poppy Pod Sculpture (2 Sets) The two sculptures arrived in one long box and inside, each was packed separately within its own box. The boxes were placed end to end, not on top of each other and the sculptures were placed in different directions. One with the Poppies pointing up and one with them pointing down. In one box, three of the Pods had come completely off and two of the Stems were slightly bent. I realized that the Pods were able to be screwed back on and without too much trouble, I was able to adjust the loose stems to make them straighter. The other sculpture didn’t fare so well, Six of the Pods were lying among the Stems and the weight of them bouncing around during transit caused considerable damage to the stems. The tallest one is bent in a curved position at the bottom, and I am unable to straighten it. The next tallest on the end has been knocked out of its hole and there is a ridge of metal around the bottom of the Stem where it meets the base that prevents it from being reset in the stone. I believe not checking the items before shipping and the packaging was to blame for the damage. There was no packing material placed between the stems to protect them while in transit and the Pods should have been inspected to ensure they were securely attached to the Stems. Very disappointing. This critique was meant to go with the Poppies order. The Cat Bookends have blotches and a horrible scratch on it. I'm having problems with the attaching the pictures.
