Décoration murale en fer

Item came damaged. I’m actually dreading the “resolution” process. I ordered a sofa 2 months ago and I still have not received the replacement arms, as I was sent arms that won’t attach, because they were manufactured incorrectly. I reached out more than 10 times and I still have not received an email or call response. Wayfair says that it’s “above them” and that I’ll hear back from resolution management, but again, it’s been more than 2 months. I’ve ordered 7 or 8 items from Wayfair. 3 were defective, and I never received any help from support or a replacement.
