I received the first 3 canvases and 1 corner at the fold, the white of the canvas was showing through (photo attached) where it was folded around the corner so I requested a replacement. The replacement canvases arrived and unfortunately there were still issues. After emailing DesignArt, the manager, Kim, reached out directly with a very sincere apology that this occurred and an offer to work with me to ensure that another replacement with zero damage will be sent. I look forward to continuing to work with an above board company.
