I received this. It came damaged with a broken frame. I was sent a replacement and the second one came with a broken frame again and also missing the parts to hang it. Very disappointing.

Beautiful! Perfect mountain house. There was no signature. I think it was cut off. The plastic glass arrived with small scratches and the picture itself had come out of the staples holding it in. My husband fixed the picture and matting. Of course we could not fix the fine scratches on the plastic glass. When it was put together and hung on the wall , the scratches are not easily visible so we kept everything. The framing is cheap but once hung up on the wall, it looks lovely and perfect
