This pillow is a quality pillow where the scalloped edge will stand up because of the weight of the fabric. That said, I also found this pillow to be somewhat dingy looking as another customer stated so just be careful that you are not coordinating these pillows with a stark white. I was putting mine with a sage green so it worked with my quilt.
