Outdoor Square Pillow Cover & Insert

A truly horrendous experience. The order was split into multiple shipments with some shipments pushed out several months. Two of four items were shipped and received but the other two continued to be delayed. Upon further review, Wayfair claimed one of the two missing items was shipped. When we called them to tell them it had not been received, they said we were outside of the reorder/return/refund window. We escalated it to a supervisor and we’re waiting to see if they will reorder the item or if they will stiff us. We will see. Bad experience.
