Horloge murale miroir 19,7 po

This is a beautiful wall clock with white trim and white hands, a mirrored back drop covered by a wooden design. Nice size clock and readable. The one issue I had was that the mirror part of the clock is cracked all the way across in numerous places. I have contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement item and arranged for pick up of the broken item. I really love the clock so accepted a replacement of the same item. Review update - I received a replacement clock as the first clock was broken. The second clock received was even worse - see additional pictures. The glass is cracked from top to bottom and the white rim around the clock which has tab type pieces to hold the frame to the clock - the tabs are all broken off and the white edge is dislodged from the brackets which appear to be snapped off - therefore this clock is completely unusable.

Arrived shattered with frame detached. Bummer because it looks nice and was a big size, bigger than I imagined even though I measured. It looks like the spacers in the back didnt hold the frame in place. Im surprised it broke because it was well packed, styrofoam, in a box, in a box... oh, well.

Good product with sturdy construction. Heavier & bigger than expected, but in a good way. The dials & the mirror base matches the existing decor & sits well with the room. The operation seems silent & hence would suit most people’s needs. Definitely recommend.

This mirror is def a pretty and modern looking clock. I got the wood color and it has a nice design. However, the quality is disappointing. The hands feel very flimsy and can easily bend. The first one I received came with the mirror back completely shattered. Customer service did send a replacement, but unfortunately that one also arrived shattered. It’s not the shipping box, but the product packaging itself is poor and doesn’t protect the mirror at all. I’ve reached out again but haven’t heard back. At this point, I don’t think it’s worth trying for another replacement since it’ll most likely arrive broken again. A shame, because it really is a beautiful piece when intact.

A very beautiful clock in person. The color is warming. It is a mirrored. The clock has no numbers. The hands on the clock are not pointed but it makes more unique. The clock is a nice size. I would definitely recommend this item
