On my last order I expected 6 identical sway Christmas ornaments - 1 was not like the others. I attempted to file notice on the website and the only option was to return it (no ornament on 1 window is worse than something) so I will live with it. You guys have nice products, but ask a price as well. The quality system failed here - I think it was a matter of convenience to send an ornament with spare parts and therefore limits my confidence moving forward.

It was ok, just not as outstanding as the other items we ordered. Cheap ribbon.
