The item came complete broken in pieces. Very disappointed

So absolutely incredibly obsessed. Was EXACTLY what I imagined for this space!

It's really beautiful. Very heavy and a little tricky to get hung straight. Hint: use tge bar to measure not tge hooks!

Mirror is as pictured and delivered in good condition-which is a miracle considering how poorly it was packed! The box was oversized for the item in it-open on one end and barely taped shut on the other! The mirror was not packed and supported as expected for a somewhat heavy and GLASS item but thrown in what appears to be a previously used box with a couple pieces of bubble wrap. It is actually better looking than pictured-and obviously sturdy! Took off 1 star for the poor packing. Bought for a move and now have to repackbox myself.

This mirror is very nice , however it was packed very badly. When I picked up the box from my step, I could hear what felt like rattling. I was worried the mirror was broken. It wasn’t, how the friction wore the gold off one of the decorative balls. I’m surprised that the gold wore off so easily. I will be contacting customer service.
