I bought this as a gift for a boat lover! He was thrilled and placed it on his huge coffee table. The proportions of the ship are huge also and looked beautiful on the table. Very detailed and very well made!

I am very happy with the ship. You must take time and care using slip nots on the strings to place everything where it should be. I am amazed that it was shipped across the country and did not have any damage. The only thing I noticed is that is not the color I ordered. I ordered the ship with light plank look on the sides. Mine came a mahogany like color and you could not see the planking. We still love it as the workmanship is superb. There is a UTUBE video of the ships assembly that I think should be listed in the print material that you receive. I needed this to show me how to adjust the bowsprit. Again this is a beautiful Bluenose 2 model
