The mirror frame is made of real wood and looks nice, but it definitely is not an ivory color. The photo shows inside border is light brown and the main part of the frame is the ivory color. My entire frame is the light brown color. It does not match the room where this needs to be hung, so I am going to need to paint it ivory like it was supposed to be in the first place. Too much trouble to return. I hope this helps others who may need the lighter color.
