One star for Wayfair customer service. The mirror arrived completely shattered. Opened it literally 2 days after the 30-day return window. The room it was going to be put in was still being worked on. Ordered the mirror to have since it was out of stock for awhile and didnt want to not be able to get it. Wayfair was no help at all. I have been a customer for years now, spent a decent amount of money, and recommended them to people. Not anymore. Very disappointed in their customer service and response.
