I absolutely love it! The mirror is beautiful.

We just received this 66 inch tall mirror today. Once we opened the poorly packaged mirror, we found ourselves with a completely shattered mirror and hundreds of small shards of mirror glass. I have photos and video of the mirror which is still partially in bubble wrap. I immediately called Wayfair and they offered a refund. I advised them of how insanely bad & inadequate the shipping box was and reminded them of how HUGE this mirror was…. The amount of broken glass will need to be picked up very carefully and placed in an entirely different box, as we cut open the original shipping box in order to be disposed of. The original shipping box was already damaged when we received it, anyway. Also, as this is considered a large item in our state (the mirror frame is 5.5 feet by 2.5 feet) it must be disposed of at the local dump, not in regular collection. The broken glass also requires special packagings as it is a safety hazard. The representatives at Wayfair were not helpful and unwilling to do anything for this inconvenience and unsafe circumstance that was created by them due to Laughable, packaging materials. “We can’t do anything else”. Dreadful customer service. The reason we ordered a mirror was b/c we live in a large urban city and do not have a car. Buying a mirror this size locally would be difficult, as transporting it home would be near impossible. We thought that Wayfair was a good way to get such a large piece delivered to our doorstep. All we got was a huge headache that took us to clean up, package & we have to borrow a friends truck to get the large frame to the local dump, where we will pay a hazardous waste & oversized item disposal fee. Thanks for wasting our time and a special thanks to useless “ there’s nothing else I can do” manager Jessica for the multiple cuts on our hands and the pairs of ruined gloves.
