Champ de lavande sur la rivière Crystal Wood II - Art mural en bois de lavande - sur bois de pin naturel

Disappointed. This smelled so strongly of rotting mushrooms or rotting cave my whole bedroom smelled. The smell did not go away even after 3 or 4 days. On top of that, the top coat was unevenly applied so the picture looked faded in places and was very noticeable. I tried to return online but the link to print a label didnt work. I tried to go back and change my preference to have it picked up so no label needed and it wouldnt let me. When I tried to get help with this, the AI bot kept telling me it couldnt help me. I finally figured out a way to chat with a real person and they ran me in circles for over 2 hours before they would send me a link to print the return label. They asked me for photos to prove the product was defective and said it was to give me free return shipping but then they never did take off the shipping cost. I never even requested free shipping in the first place so just a further waste of my time. I understand sometimes products are defective or not up to expectations but it shouldnt be such a hassle to return an item like that when still within the return window. Im not sure I will even buy from this site again after this experience.
