I like the canvas. Frame came damaged. And they are sending a new one. Good customer service.

I purchased this while in store at the Wayfair in Chicago. The one they had on display showed deep, vibrant, rich colors and appears to have a semi-glossy finish. Whatever was sent to me in the mail was clearly not the same. What I received was some washed out, gray-looking, print, where all of the colors looked terrible. And it appeared more matte. There is no option for a selection on ‘finish’ on the website to decipher between if you want a ‘glossy’ or ‘matte’ finish so I’m not understanding why such a drastic difference between the two. No one at the store, upon returning it, could give an explanation as to why what they were advertising was different than what was being delivered to customers…and when I asked if I could just purchase the one off the floor (because this is exactly how I wanted it to look), they told me “we don’t do that”. Also…this is unrelated to my review, but I visited the store before their “Way-Day” promo sale and saw a lamp I was interested in. I returned during their “way-day” sale just a few days later to go see how much they had marked the lamp down..only to find out that it was the exact same price but was being advertised as having been more expensive than it was so it appears to the customer as “marked-down” when in reality it was still the same price that they had always been selling it for.

Cocoa II’ by Victoria Borges is a beautiful, calming print that adds a warm and modern touch to any room.

Very well and comfortable picture that’s soothing as cocoa.
