The pillow is cute but it's not to be used a lumbar pillow. It's more like something you'd use for decoration only. The pillow is quite thin. It's good size and long but thin. It arrives compressed and sealed air tight. When you open it the pillow puffs up. The inside is cotton so you have to mold and stretch it out.

Love the needlepoint front. Front is high quality but the back fabric is a little disappointing but overall very nice.
