Hey everyone! I wanted to write and let you know as a first time buyer, I purchased these items as a gift for Christmas. I sent an email letting Northland Frame & Gifts know the frame and glass was clearly damaged. Funny enough when the recipient of this frame, lol my brother (how embarrassing) and his s/o opened this, there was shattered glass and a note from what I’d assume what the manufacture. The message clearly read “STOP DAMAGE” almost like they knew they were sending a damaged frame anyway. After sending a message to the email on the package insert on 12/26/21, they stated they would ONLY send a piece of glass back to replace the glass that was broken and we were to replace it. Now, despite the communication, the photos and everything else, nothing has come to replace the damaged frame. So, after the family get together, the frame still sits waiting to be replaced! Hopefully they have one fixed before they have a baby or a completed nursery!

Beautifully crafted - just like the picture! Mine arrived with the glass broken, but the company promptly responded, and they are sending out a replacement piece of glass. Great customer service.

Excellent quality, beautiful wood frame, Matt dividers by month cut very clean and neat. Looking very forward to adding my Grandson’s pictures to this frame.

The holes are not 2x3 as advertised. Wallet photos are too small for this so the back of the frame can be seen on the sides of each picture. Disappointing.

My order was not the same as on the website.. I needed to return or to receive the frame as I ordered it. Customer service transferred me to the supervisor and he refused to return my order. Very disappointing.
