High quality, 100 % cotton covering, and the cover of the insert is sewn well. It would be better to have even more fill. I prefer a very plump pillow. But this one will do, if and until I can find another plumper insert.

These are ok. They're decent quality, however not a fluffy as I expected or hoped they would be.
