Impressive in size, quality and modernist appeal. A perfect addition to my current man cave project.

The description on the Phillips Collection Website is completely inaccurate. It states: "Abstractly rendered in a metal in a bronze finish on a shelf in a black finish, the slim decorative accessory is whimsical in its own and will remain just as playful when other decorative elements are placed on the wooden shelf." The shelf is not wood it is metal. The sculpture is plastic and not wood. After I received the item, I called Phillips Collection and they informed me that the sculpture has a wire frame and is covered in hand molded clay; this not clay, it is plastic. I am extremely disappointed and will be returning all Man on the Shelf pieces that I purchased.
