I was so disappointed in the color of the pillows because it said online that they were red, but the ones I got are a burnt orange and don't go in my living room. When I ordered them, it did not say final sale nor clearance and in fact it also listed your return policy. Buy, when I tried to return them online it said non-returnable. When I later talked to the Wayfair Chat Representative he said that he didn't have an option to let me return through your system, but he finally said he would have someone contact me. That was the day before yesterday, and I still haven't heard anything. I hope to hear from Wayfair soon. I am always ordering decorating and clothing items from online retailers, and I have never had this issue with a return or exchange before. If I am not able to return or at least exchange these pillows , I will report this incident to the better Business Bureau and our family will never again shop through Wayfair. Hopefully, someone from Wayfair will contact me soon to remedy this deceptive situation.
