In addition to sending me the wrong print and colors on one pillow order (rather than just canceling the order) and sending me a smaller size in my other order, the quality was much lower than expected from $200 pillows. There fill was stiff and cheap (no chance of creating a chop) and there was no piping or trim. Also, the we’re crammed in a box that was too small and as a result the stiff fill was misshapen creating a lopsided pillow. Very disappointed.
