The bow is hanging from the wreath and not in tact not sure if I can fix it

The wreath arrived in poor condition. The bow was all twisted and improperly constructed. I will have to take it apart and redo it. A considerable amount of the tiny seeds and small white styrofoam balls had fallen off so I must spray it with a clear adhesive to stabilize the ones remaining. I will not buy home decor items from Wayfair again.
