The motor to spin the record never turned on but I received a replacement before I could even return the original. I didnt get the right color on the replacement though. I bought this item for its RCA output, I use the redwhite outputs to connect to a sound bar with good range via AUX. It may make some people cringe, but I am satisfied as a music snob.
