Art mural classique, "Balcon de Paris" par Petra Lizde

I really like the print...but came with a broken frame.

I think the pictrure is not worth the money. It appears to be made of plastic and cardorad. It has no glass. I tried to return it but it appears I will be charged almost all of the cost of the picture minus about $46 according to the return label sent to me.

I didn’t have good experience with this one. i loved this print but When I initially ordered i entered my new shipping address but then the system must default back to original. I noticed that after I placed the order. It was holiday season and I needed to wait for people to return to work. I called Perigold bc the item had not shipped yet. I spoke to an agent and they took down my new address and said they would get it updated. The same agent called me back to confirm the new address. That was my last communication with Perigold customer service so I thought we were all set. I was extremely surprised when I got a notice from Fedex and the package had been delivered to the original shipping address and had not been changed. I called Fedex to see what my options were and they quoted me $160 to reship the package. I called Perigold and they told me they would just credit me back the money and donate the item. I though this was very nice. I told an old neighbor of mine to take the package. When the neighbor opened the package, the glass in the art work was shattered and the frame also very damaged from all the glass. She was not very happy with me for giving her a gift that created a mess all over her entranceway. She needed to dispose of the box and glass and art work and reported the packaging was pretty weak for glass framed artwork. I sent her a bottle of wine for her troubles since she was 1000 miles away and I felt bad after giving her the gift I ended up creating work and a mess for her. I called FedEx but they said they could only speak with shipper. I called Perigold to tell them and felt this time they didn’t really care and were like you got a credit back so what do you want. What I found annoying was the 3-4 hours i spent in the inhibe related to this package over the past two weeks. Yes i could buy another one at the same price as they refunded me but between perigold and fedex they wasted a lot of my time and didn’t want to acknowledge their part in the mess made.
