I ordered a "Tan and Grey" pillow and they have sent me a black and tan pillow. I let them know they sent me the wrong item and requested they send me the correct item. I sent a pic of the pillow they sent that I did not want and that I wanted the one pictured that was clearly "tan and gray". Welp- got another set of the SAME WRONG pillows that have not tan or gray in them. now there is no option for "problem with order" only "return". May be the last time i order from here. What a waste.

I only received half of what I ordered. I got just the pillow cover, no insert -- I had to call customer service to find out why, and what solutions exist for me. This has never happened before, so I was quite disappointed.
