Chien - reproduction d'art sur toile tendue

Order was over 3 weeks without any customer service updates. When painting arrived there were multiple dark stain areas on the lower right side. Very noticeable because background is light gray and stains are at eye level. I was given the options of me boxing up this large 5x5 foot painting and returning it for a replacement that will not ship for another 3 weeks and may also arrive defective or keep the damaged painting and recieve 40% of purchase price refund. I am not going to go through this process again, the risk of more delays and damage is too great, I don't have confidence that replacement will arrive on time or good condition. It is very disappointing.

The background is not gray but more of a reddish beige, so different from the photo shown. Not sure if it will match my sofa that will come later.
