Used this decor for our sitting room as well as the birds sitting on a branch

Package came damaged. Item bent.. See pictures Called customer service and they refunded my money and were very accommodating. I also had a current problem that was no fault of theirs and they help me quickly and was so pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service!,

It's beautiful and love how the birds are gathered together but the color was too dark. It wasn't what the picture looked like as advertised. It's a very dark brown almost black. I called customer service to explain but they said the picture online are very much enhanced and it will not look like the photo at all. We decided to keep it. Since, we will be responsible to pay to ship it back anyway.

The picture on the Wsyfairs website didn't show indents from the soldered areas on the metal bird sculpture.

These are beautiful! I hung mine outside on the side of my house in a covered area from the elements and they are perfect!!
