You didn't send me the frame. You sent me a flag. I notified you of the error and you indicated that you would send the correct item. Instead, you sent me another flag and a packing slip that indicates that it is frame (apparently, nobody bothers to actually look at the item before shipping it) which is exactly what happened the first time. Only this time, to add insult to injury, you sent me a packing slip in the name of another customer. Can someone at Wayfair please get the the bottom of this. Irritated the first time. Baffled and upset this time. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
