I ordered this vase twice, and both times it arrived completely shattered. I ended up requesting a full refund. Its disappointing because I really liked the design, but I hope Wayfair will take a closer look at their packaging process to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.

First of all, I understand that it’s breakable but why put it in a wooden cage , it’s very hard to take out. I was so scared I’m gonna break it while trying to break the wooden cage. And then what a great disappointment when I got it out, the base is not stable enough. It wiggles easily. Even on a flat even surface. There’s no traction at all. One bump and it’ll shatter. So yeah, I’m returning it.

Very upset. Would like to return and replace.

Beautiful vase and came carefully packaged. It’s much taller than we thought. Quality vase!
