Plastic / Acrylic Floor Globe

This Blue Ocean Floor Globe with a 20" diameter mounted with a unique full wood mount allowing the globe to be turned in any direction for a full view of the beautifully coloured globe. The detailed cartography perfectly blends with the wood inner arched stand with 1,000' s of up-to-date political named places & points of interest. This globe includes illumination with an inline on/off switches for easy operation. The illumination adds a brighter view of the globe making the cartographic features stand out even more. The stand also is mounted with casters, making it convenient to move without having to pick it up. Many customers have chosen to add an electric timer switch that allows the globe to serve as a backlight in any room, turning on and off at their desired time. The globe stands 42" tall by 22" wide and 20" deep and has a total weight of 13 pounds. This is the perfect size and design for a corner decorative piece or for chairside viewing. Basic assembly required and the internal light is easily accessed in the event the bulb would need to be changed.
