Over Over I

The painting is beautiful, but the customer service was very poor. I was not notified that this item was on backorder until after the order was placed and was a week late in arriving. I still have not been given any explanation for not being notified of the backorder status before placing my order. Not sure I will use Wayfair again until they clear this up.
