The box was delivered open (the staples were all unsealed). The hanging kit was missing. The frame was separated in 2 of 4 corners and there was a scratch on the frame. They wanted me to PAY to send it back. After much argument, Wayfair agreed to credit me 10% to keep this damaged picture. I fee they could have done better. A timely replacement at their expense at the least. Other than that I really love the picture!
