Although the prints themselves are beautiful, the frames are NOT solid wood. They are not wood at all. They are made of very flimsy, light weight plastic. The print is covered by plexiglass, not glass, and it is fairly noticable. I ultimately decided to keep the pictures because the colors worked and they were going in a rarely used guestroom, but for the price, the quality is very poor.
